Black Winter

Your brave settlers have reached an island far to the north. Establish simple crops, and harvest lumber to survive. But beware, for a creature stalks you at night.

It seems to fear the light, so use bonfires to keep it away, or risk your colony falling into ruin.

Each of your buildings requires Wood to build, so you must decide whether to burn it for protection, or expand.

Hint Although your workers can gather resources in a single turn, they must complete the arduous walk back to your Town before the resource is added to your stockpiles.

Hint To attract additional workers, build Town-houses. They will begin to arrive on the next trade ship.
